Property Management Team: As a property management team member you will work along side your team members responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including tenant relations, maintenance, and financial management.

Leasing Team: As a leasing agent, you will be responsible for leasing vacant units, conducting property tours, and maintaining positive relationships with tenants.

Maintenance Team Member: As a maintenance team member you would work along side your team members responsible for coordinating routine maintenance and repairs on properties, as well as responding to emergency maintenance requests.

Accounting Team: As an accounting specialist, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring that all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.

Administrative Assistant: As an administrative assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our property management team, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and managing correspondence.

Marketing:  As a marketing team member you will assist in all aspects of marketing management from social media, to paid ads, newsletters, mailers, online campaigns, and more!
