🔧 Maintenance Issues Happen—We’re Here to Help!
We know repairs can be frustrating, and we’ll do our best to get things resolved quickly. Before submitting your request, please review the following important information from your rental agreement:
1. Tenant Responsibility for Minor Repairs 💡
Tenants are responsible for maintenance, parts, or repairs costing under $50.00.
2. Charges for Negligence or Invalid Service Calls ⚠️
If a vendor determines the issue was caused by tenant negligence or that the service call was unnecessary, you will be responsible for the full cost of the invoice.
Avoid Unnecessary Charges—Try Self-Help First ✅
Many common issues can be resolved quickly using our self-help guide. Please review it here before requesting service:

Important Reminder 🔌
Resetting breakers (including outlets, GFCIs, and A/C breakers) is the tenant’s responsibility. If a vendor is dispatched solely to reset a breaker, the service charge will be billed to the tenant.
What Happens Next 🛠️
Once your request is submitted, it will be reviewed and assigned to the appropriate vendor based on urgency. The vendor will contact you directly to schedule service. We appreciate your patience during this process.
